Abstract
Osjećaj koherentnosti, zadovoljstvo životom, kvaliteta života i san važni su čimbenici kod ocjene zdravstvenog statusa. Međusobno su povezani te su važan predmet istraživanja u različitim znanstvenim disciplinama kao što su psihologija, medicina, filozofija te brojni drugi. Dosadašnja malobrojna istraživanja nisu dala jednoznačan odgovor na pitanje osjećaja koherentnosti, zadovoljstva životom i pospanosti kod žena koje se nalaze u razdoblju post menopauze i mlađih žena, te postoje li razlike u tim značajkama između žena u post menopauzi i mlađih žena. Stoga je cilj ovog rada bio istražiti varijable osjećaj koherentnosti, zadovoljstvo životom i pospanosti kod žena u post menopauzi i mlađih žena, te postoje li razlike u tim značajkama između žena u post menopauzi i mlađih žena. Prospektnim istraživanjem su se prikupili rezultati od uzorka od 50 mlađih žena i uzorka od 50 žena u post menopauzi. Sve sudionice su ispunile upitnik za ispitivanje osjećaja koherentnosti, upitnik zadovoljstva životom i upitnik pospanosti.
Abstract (english)
Sense of coherence, life satisfaction, qualtiy of life and dream are important factors when the health status is evaluating. They are inconnected and important subjects of research in different scientific disciplines such as psychology, medicine, philosophy etc. Previous limited number of studies did not give an unambiguous answer on the question of the sense of coherence, life satisfaction and sleepiness in women who are in the period of post menopause and younger women, and whether there are differences in these features between the women in post menopausal women and younger women. The purpose of this study was to investigate variables sense of coherence, life satisfaction and sleepiness in women in post menopause in younger women, and whether there are differences in these features between the women in post menopausal women and younger women. A prospective study were collected results from a sample of 50 young women and a sample of 50 post-menopausal female. All participants filled out a questionnaire to test the sense of coherence, life satisfaction questionnaire and sleepiness questionnaire.
