Abstract
CILJ RADA: 1. Prikazati dječje osipne bolesti, te njihovu kliničku sliku, dijagnostiku i liječenje; 2. Prikazati ulogu medicinske sestre kod oboljelih od osipnih bolesti UVOD: Prema Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo „Osipne su bolesti najčešće uzrokovane virusima: morbila (ospice), rubeole, varičele (vodene kozice), egzantema subitum (trodnevna groznica) i dr. Prije uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja ove su bolesti bile neizbježne gotovo kod svakog djeteta. Zbog težeg kliničkog tijeka i čestih komplikacija imale su veliki sociomedicinski značaj. Zahvaljujući cijepljenju, danas se morbili i rubeola mnogo rjeđe javljaju. Kod nekih je osipnih bolesti klinički tok, izgled i proširenost osipa karakterističan i lako prepoznatljiv, dok je kod nekih netipičan“ (2). RASPRAVA: Uloga medicinske sestre je od velike važnosti kod osipnih bolesti. Prva je u dodiru s pacijentom te je ključna njena uloga od prijema, obrade, izolacije te korištenja zaštitnih sredstava te prevencije širenja zaraznih bolesti i u provedbi zdravstvene njege. ZAKLJUČAK: Medicinska sestra treba posjedovati visoku razinu znanja, te znati prepoznati i razlikovati različite vrste osipnih bolesti te sukladno s njima djelovati i provoditi zdravstvenu njegu i sve potrebne sestrinske intervencije na svim razinama zdravstvene zaštite.
Abstract (english)
OBJECTIVE: 1. To show children rash diseases, their clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment; 2. Show nurse role in rash diseases. INTRODUCTION: According to Croatian health insurance fund „rash diseases are usually caused by viruses: measles, rubella, chickenpox, exhantema subitum, and etc. Before compulsory vaccination these disease were almost unavoidable with every child. Because of its heavy clinical picture and often complications this diseases had big social and medical significance. Thanks to vaccinations, today measles and rubella are happening rearly. In some rash diseases clinical course, clinical picture and rash expansion are characteristic and easy to recognise, on the other hand some are untipical“ (2). DISCUSSION: Nurse role has a great importance in rash diseases. Nurse is first in contact with the patient so her role is crucial from triage, treatment, isolation to using protective equipment in prevention of disease expansion and in providing health care. CONCLUSION: Nurse has to have great level of knowledge and to know how to recognise and differ various types of rash diseases and according to that know how to act and how to provide health care and all necessary nurse interventions on all levels of public health.
