Smart sollutions, Internet of things and Smart cities are concepts and technical sollutions that are implemented in the socireties of the 21. century as to solve large scale burning problems that exist in a particular area. Smart cities, as a concept, represent long-term solutions through initial detailed analysis and later implementation of solutions in a particular area. Smart solutions that connect to the network become IoT because they can communicate with a centralized system that, by means of communication with multiple IoT, connects them to IoE or the Internet of everything. The zero assumptions for deploying smart solutions imply acceptance from the user, otherwise, it will not be possible to further connect and integrate the sollutions into the system. Security of the information system is necessary to make the users feel confident and secure when using smart solutions. Conducted research and analysis has shown that users do not have a clear picture of what smart solutions are, but there is a positive attitude towards using digital solutions. People think that smart sollutions will address many problems that exist in the local community at several levels.
